What We Do
We work with young people of different ages, needs, abilities and ethnicity. We also work with young people with complex and challenging needs including behavioral, mental, emotional and physical needs.
This includes;

- Challenging, Violent, Aggressive or Threatening Behavior
- Drug and Alcohol Abuse
- Sexualised Behavior
- Missing Episodes
- Social Integration and Socialising and Maintaining Relationships
In the first instance it is important to understand the needs of the young person to identify effective goals and outcomes for the young people. The young people are part of the entire process from start to finish and they help shape and decide on the support they receive.
Our services are designed to continually adapt to any changes in the young person’s needs and behavior. This is achieved through our team of highly trained support workers working on a daily basis with the young people and other agencies.
We encourage young people are to participate in activities within the service as well external engagement events. This helps to create a feeling of belonging with other young people they live with as well be part of a community. Young people have the opportunity to share ideas and views with their support workers and others using the service.
